Ariel Adams
Director of Student Activities
Ariel Adams (she/her) is responsible for the daily operations and provides leadership and administrative oversight for the Student Activities Office. Ariel works to advance community building, student learning, and development, through the development of student-centered programming and advising initiatives. She manages the operations for the Sadove Student Center and the Beinecke Student Activities Village. Additionally, she advises the Student Government Alliance, the Media Board, Sadove Staff Managers and Sadove Support Staff. Ariel is passionate about the out of classroom experience for students and is intentional about offering diverse and inclusive programming where students feel a sense of belonging.
Beth Frye
Office Coordinator
As the Office Coordinator in the Student Activities Office, Beth oversees the front desk and provides direct support to the office. Her responsibilities include club and organization locker agreements and assignments, club online purchases and events, event reservations, and refilling the candy bowl.
Chloe Maldonado ’23
Program Coordinator
Chloe manages the Sadove Programming staff who host Late Nite, Sadove programs, Bundy programs, After Dark and Pub programming. Chloe also assists with planning traditions. She oversees the training and recognition for student organizations and plans the Student Activities & Organizations Fair.
Nadiyah Roberts-Green
Assistant Director of Student Activities for Leadership
Nadiyah Roberts-Green (She/her) is primarily responsible for assisting the Student Activities Department with advising SGA student clubs and organizations. Nadiyah serves as a changemaker supporting all students, specifically co-advising SGA student club leaders and Fraternity and Sorority Life members, a part of Intersociety Council. Additionally her responsibility cross programmatically, will implement leadership development training to all clubs and organizations. Thus intentionally strengthening peer to peer support, conflict resolution skills, and inclusion through the exploration of identity and empathy. Prior to her higher education journey at Hamilton, Nadiyah worked in Intercultural affairs, shortly after her years of service at non-profits in the Capital Region of NY. Nadiyah studied Business Administration and Integrated Philosophy & Literature at New England College, in Henniker, New Hampshire.
