Welcome to the Buddy Wellness Challenge for 2025!

Join the 4-Week Wellness Challenge and level up your health with a friend by your side! This challenge is all about accountability, connection, and making Wellness fun. Together, you and your buddy will focus on four essential pillars of health:

  1. Nutrition: Make mindful choices and enjoy balanced meals.
  2. Movement: Stay active with daily physical activity.
  3. Hydration: Keep yourself refreshed and energized.
  4. Optional Bonus category 
Here’s How It Works:
  • Partner up with a buddy for keep you accountable for the 4-weeks. Your goals do not need to be the same!
  • Goals in each category need to be meet 3 days per week, each. (make it feasible!)
  • Use the Weekly Accountability Tracking Sheet to record your progress for your goals in each category. Fill in the corresponding goal icon with a bright color to celebrate your win!
  • Check in with your buddy daily or weekly to encourage and motivate each other.
  • Celebrate your wins and adjust your goals each week (if desired) to keep moving forward.
