If you need someone to talk with and connect but aren't sure if you need a trained therapist, a Care Contact may be right for you! Staff members in the Division of Student Life are available for chats in person or via Zoom.

If you're looking for advice from a trained therapist on what kind of resources might be right for you, try our initial consultations. These are quick and deep dives into your needs to arrive at what on- or off-campus resources might be a good fit for you.

Looking to engage in therapy?

When it comes to engaging in therapy, you have options! You can see someone in the Counseling Center, access a therapist through our partner BetterMynd using your insurance, or see a provider in the local community. If you need help navigating insurance or finding a therapist, see this guide for help.
