Single Session Rates (Employees):
- 30-minute session: $30
- 60-minute session:$50
Single Session Rates (Students):
- 30-minute session: $25
- 60-minute session: $45
Small group rates, multi-session packages, and/or time adjustments are up to the discretion of the Personal Trainer.

Ryan Dugan
Certified Personal Trainer
Ryan's journey into fitness began when he was bitten by the running bug in 2015. An experienced racer himself, Ryan has run a variety of over 120 races since his first Boilermaker in 2016 ranging from 1 mile to full marathons, and over 50 half-marathons. Running has taken Ryan all over the country and world through 29 states and 3 countries. Ryan holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Personal Training specialist, and Weight Loss specialist, all through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, he is a certified Running Coach through the United Endurance Sport Coaching Academy. (UESCA). Ryan has worked with a variety of clients for not only fitness and weight loss, but also those with a shared interest in the pursuit of running new race distances and improving their running abilities. Whether you are looking for weight loss, improving your lifestyle, running a race or just looking for general help with fitness, Ryan will help you along your way!

Eddie Llanos has an extensive background in the fitness industry spanning over 20 years. His expertise lies in enhancing mobility, refining agility, boosting flexibility, strengthening core muscles, and optimizing overall strength across many different populations and individual abilities. Through tailored training methods honed over his years of experience, Eddie is dedicated to guiding you towards peak performance and helping you unlock your true potential. Carrie Sherwood is the owner of Elevated Wellness Coaching, LLC. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM), as well a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Coach. Carrie is a Clinton local that specializes in supporting clients in their health and wellness journeys! Carrie can lead you 1-on-1 with a tailored approach with workouts catering to each individual's needs and level of fitness, or with small groups doing HIIT workouts to accelerate results.
