The Office of Title IX oversees the following policies and resources.
Sexual Misconduct Policy
If you (or someone you know) may have experienced a sexual assault or unwanted sexual contact of any kind, tell someone what happened. Help and support are available.
Harassment & Discrimination Policy
Hamilton prohibits harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law, in its programs and activities.

Rachel Koegel
Interim Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance
Rachel Koegel serves as the College’s Interim Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance; she oversees the College’s Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. Rachel coordinates the activities of the Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Board.

Judith Trimboli
Campus Investigator and Compliance Officer
Judie serves as the Campus Investigator and Compliance Officer. Her primary responsibility is to investigate reports of harassment and sexual misconduct for the College and to provide investigative reports to the Director of Title IX and Civil Rights Compliance.
