Debbie Owens serves as the College’s Director of Title IX, Title VI and Civil Rights Compliance. She oversees the College’s Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. Debbie coordinates the activities of the Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Board.
