Black History Month
We’ve had the opportunity to partner with many colleagues and campus friends in the various programming offerings. Join us for the Fillius Jazz Archive lunch and learn, connect with the alumni who, as students, advocated for the creation of the Days-Massolo Center, a cultural education center. Visit the Wellin Art Museum as their docents guide you through American history through the lens of Black artists and creators. This event will feature works of art from Wellin’s collection and the current exhibition Yashua Klos: OUR LABOUR., and not last and not least, sign up for a virtual cooking class with the lovely Ms. Breland! There are still more details in the works, so please stay tuned to the DMC and BLSU's emails throughout the month of February, visit our website, and engage with our social media for trivia throughout the month.
Thank you and stay engaged!
