2022 W2 Information
Current employees and students who have consented to receive their W2’s electronically can access their W2 in Self Service.
Current employees who have not elected to receive an electronic W2, Retirees, 2022 Graduates, and former employees have been sent a paper W2 to the address we have on file.
The Payroll Office is responsible for processing the Faculty and Exempt Monthly Payroll, Non-Exempt Staff and Facilities Maintenance Weekly Payroll, and Student Biweekly Payroll for Hamilton College.
