'Self Defense Class ' Event Listing
Come learn essential self defense principles and techniques in a positive training atmosphere! Attendees should wear comfortable clothing they can move in. Beginners are welcome and this class is open to practitioners of all levels. The class is non-competitive in nature. Some techniques may involve punching, kicking, or striking pads, grappling, or using mock devices (e.g., training knife).Class meets Thursday evenings 7-8pm in Blood Fitness Center, Multipurpose room.
