'Self Defense' Event Listing

This four-week course on health, awareness, and personal safety will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular toning, balance, and endurance while increasing your awareness and self-defense skills. Classes will include stretching, combination drills, kicks, punches, and self-defense techniques for scenarios including grabs, punches, knife assaults, pistol assaults, and long gun assaults.
